Terms of Service

The service

burn-r8 provides tools for managing Google Ads accounts via AI assistants. The hosted version at burnrate.sh proxies API calls to Google Ads on your behalf using credentials you provide through OAuth.

Your responsibilities

• You must have authorization to manage the Google Ads accounts you connect.
• You are responsible for all actions taken through burn-r8 on your accounts.
• Keep your API keys secure. Do not share them publicly.

Safety

Destructive actions require explicit confirmation, and new campaigns start paused. These are assistance features, not guarantees. You are responsible for reviewing changes.

Billing

The free tier includes 50 tool calls per month. Paid plans are billed monthly. Cancel anytime. We may change pricing with 30 days notice.

Liability

The service is provided as-is without warranty. We are not liable for damages including wasted ad spend or incorrect configurations. Total liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months.

Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time by emailing harrison@burnrate.sh.
